Method of
science education
v Demonstration
Activities encourage and nurture students observation and experimental
skills. A general discussion of the process and its outcomes enhances students
interpretation and communication skills.
v Project work
A project task in science is usually a planned discovery, construction,
or task directed towards a specific purpose. It gives students the opportunity
to identify the problem, to solve the problem, to address the problem, to find
the right resources to make their own plan and to draw conclusions based on the
information collected.
Crossword puzzles

and teaching process. students prefer to take the challenge of filling in
crossword puzzles.
v Quiz
Quiz is a fun and brain game, which tests the mental capacity,
attention, general awareness and speed of individuals with which a person can
memorize and process information. It widens a person’s horizons of knowledge.
v Science demonstration
The exhibition can provide a platform for the performance of the work
done by the students throughout the year. It encourages students and informs
parents about their children’s progress.
v Field visits
Field visits are an educational activity that external experience can
not be imported to students in the classroom. Experiences can be imparted
through field visits. It helps to connect the concept of science taught in the
class with real life and with the environment. This increases their ability to
observe and record information. Students become active, motivation increases
and critical thinking also increases. It is not that field visits are always a
distant destination. Just a visit to the school garden might also be ideal.
There are many interesting places near the school that can be a useful place
for students to visit.
