Yoga for holistic health

Generally people believe that yoga is just asana and pranayama. Yoga involves many activities, such as yama, niyama, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, Dhyana, dharana and samadhi.

Yoga promotes a positive and healthy lifestyle for physical, mental and emotionalhealth. Yoga gives children strength, endurance, endurance and energy at the physical level. Yoga leads the child to inner and outer peace with concentration, peace and empathy on a mental level. Today there is a need to organize programs for children where yoga practices can be practiced.
